Crew Meeting 8/3/2010

Minutes: Everybody brought someone this month. Kim and Alex brought their Husband/Dad, Javier, and Laura brought her husband, Simon.We briefly went over the items in the agenda, but it was made clear that we need to raise our numbers before we can really try to plan any successful excursions. Some of the ideas we were throwing around were the following: 1. Facebook click ads 2. UCF Look up (Sci Fi clubs, classes etc….) 3. Meet ups. (Find some other chapters/ groups that want to start a meet up) Cost is about $72 for 6 months. 4. Comic shops I will be meeting with Kim on Thursday afternoon to come up with ideas for flyers and business cards so we can get some printed up. We’re going to post them at various Comic Shops and gaming stores and what not. If we collect any money it will go to printing business cards. We’re also going to start contacting other clubs. After the meeting (which ended around 7:30ish) Laura and Simon and the baby had to leave, but the rest of us stuck around and played Munchkin Cthulhu. The four of us stuck around until closing (as usual).
